MyVU 3D glasses
I’ve been following MyVU for quite some time now and yesterday at CES they unveiled their latest goggles. And it’s a huge upgrade for about 300USD you get two independant VGA screens for each eye, and as they are independant they can do real 3d graphics! Can’t wait to have them supported by world of warcraft or second life ! Still the MyVU 3d support need some adaptation on the game software side and it sounds like they still have no partnerships heading that way.
Check out Vuzix which already has game support for 90 games and allows play in stereo 3D + head tracking. Works with WoW and SL too.
No it doesn’t – It says it does but as vuzix supports games by patching them on each update the support is broken – ie the last supported version of SL can not even connect to the grid anymore ! this approach sux big time…
