Creative inPerson
The inPerson is a visio-conference device made by Creative. This dedicated devices comes with a WiFi + Ethernet connectivity and a 7″ screen. It’s a pretty odd device, at 820USD it’s just twice as expensive as an eeePC that also comes with a camera, and almost as expensive as a MacBook - thus although I believe it’s a cool device and I like cool devices that are dedicated to a job and do it well it’s way above a 250/300usd I would set as a price point for this. It’s using a proprietary protocol for the VoIP and there won’t be any PC/Mac software, so all the contacts must have the device (pretty tough huh ? )
