Wireless HD

I’ve been reporting for some time about Wireless HD, and the technology looks to have matured as the first products are starting to arrive in stores. I spotted earlier this year at CES the first HDMI UWB link, and it looks like DELL and Lenovo have now announced to include built-in support for this technology in their upcoming proucts. The official names are going to be “WUSB” for Wireless USB or “Wireless HD” for the TV version … So many names for one single technology : UWB (Ultra Wide Band). Wireless USB has been annoucd earlier this week as part of the USB forum.
