UPnP on devices
As you may know, I moved to a new Windows-based mobile and I am missing mainly two things :
- A J2ME engine to run usual java apps - although there is that awesome .NET framework, still most of the available apps are in Java - this might change as time goes but until then… I found this JVM called Mysaifu and although I can install it alright, I’m not that sure about its support of J2ME.
- The UPnP functionalities. You might wonder what good it is for - and I’d rather agree : nothing is really taking any clear benefit from UPnP but still sometimes it’s fun to send a video stream from your mobile to your UPnP-enabled set-top-box. So I found the solutions with this expansion pack from Microsoft
