Happy Easter – Risotto of asparagus with lamb
What can I possibly do during a 3-day long week end ? Cooking and a lot of home improvements (including shopping the home-improvements)… Exhausting !
Regarding the cooking I saw on saturday Cyril Lignac (our French Jamie Oliver) do some risotto of asparagus with lamb, brilliant idea although I felt like changed some bits of the recipe. Imagine some crispy asparagus inside a risotto, with the head cooked in olive oil on the top and some lamb cooked with mediterranean herbs ! Simply awesome
